Conquer your happiness through the transmutation of your beliefs

Unconsciousness is a quality or mental state that affects a person. The unconscious is a concept widely used in the field of psychology.

It is used when a person develops behaviors that go unnoticed, even by the person themselves. That is, these actions do not depend on the will of the individual.

The unconscious has an emotional nature. Therefore, within it we find traumas, beliefs and dark aspects of ourselves that we have repressed.
Within the unconscious brain we have recorded much of the information that our neural impulses have captured, but we are not aware of it.

When we talk about unconscious behaviors, the person executes them automatically without realizing that they are happening. For example, when we are breathing.

On other occasions, this term is referring to that person who acts recklessly, without measuring the consequences of their actions, as well as the risk of them. It also refers to that person who has lost consciousness and, therefore, cannot perceive what is around them.

“Everything repressed must remain unconscious… the repressed is a part of the unconscious.” (Freud, XIV:161)

Our behavior as human beings is conditioned by experiences, motivations and fears that we do not always know or control.

This is where the unconscious takes center stage since it communicates through our beliefs. Our beliefs are formed in the unconscious and then projected through our behavior.

Beliefs are states of mind in which one assumes that something is true or probable. Beliefs generate emotion and action. We cannot confuse beliefs with thoughts.

Thoughts are ideas generated by the mind but do not cause action or emotion. Everything is controlled by all those thoughts that become beliefs and when they become beliefs is when they have the capacity to generate emotion and action.

For example, if you have a thought that "today you feel ugly" that thought will be a leak and just as it came, it will go away. On the other hand, if that thought that "today you feel ugly" becomes a belief, there will be consequences since beliefs generate emotion and action.

The emotion that this belief can generate can be sadness, discouragement, and the action can be that you decide not to leave the house that day.

"Our happiness depends on our beliefs"

If we want to know how to release an emotion of suffering, we must pay attention to what our unconscious is communicating to us through our beliefs.

For example, if the opinions of others cause you suffering, it means that in your unconscious there is that belief that would be the following: "the opinions of others define my value" which has been formed by experiences or inheritances from our ancestors.
With this belief, you put your emotional state on your knees, which will always depend on the way others think of you.

If someone says something negative about you one day, your mood will easily collapse and you will always be on a roller coaster because you will not be able to control it if you do not change the limiting belief that is causing it and affecting your emotional state.

Now that we know what our unconscious is communicating to us through that belief, we can begin to transmute that belief into a belief that provides us with well-being and serenity.

"The opinions of others do not define my worth." By registering this new belief in your unconscious, you will be able to free yourself from all the discomfort and suffering that the old limiting belief can cause you and that was limiting your happiness.
